Volunteers in this category assist The Equality Crew with running informational booths at various community events. This role would involve helping with setup/breakdown of the booth, staffing the booth and insuring informational materials stay stocked, and generally talking with the public about The Equality Crew and the services it offers/events it has coming up.

Description

Join The Equality Crew for our weekly drop in hours at our Program Center located in Rogers, AR! 

As a Drop In Hours Supervisor, you'll be in charge of helping create a welcoming and inclusive environment for LGBTIA+ youth. We'll have Movie Nights, Game Nights, Craft Nights, and so much more! The Drop In Hours Supervisor will be there to assist The Equality Crew staff members in ensuring everyone has a great time. 

Hours will typically be one or twice a week in the evenings from 5-8PM.

Are you someone with an eye for photography? Enjoy working with youth? The Equality Crew is seeking professional photographers to help us in documenting our events! Photographers must be aware that respecting the privacy wishes of our attendees is our #1 priority and some attendees may wish to not appear in photographs/video.

Rainbow Family Programming
Description

Volunteers in this role will be contacted to help to supervise LGBTQ+ youth under 12 participating in our Rainbow Family Programming once per month. Activities may include crafts, playground time, games, storytime, etc. This volunteer will work alongside the Rainbow Family Programming Facilitator under the supervision of the Program Director.

Description

The Equality Crew is seeking volunteers with experience in managing Social Media Campaigns! These volunteers will assist our Programs Director and CEO with designing and implementing various aspects of our social media on Facebook and Instagram. Some graphic design experience in programs such as Canva is preferred.
