LGBTQ+ Youth Needs Assessment Lunch & Learn

Join us on May 13th from 11am-1pm at our Lunch & Learn sharing the findings of The Equality Crew's LGBTQ+ Youth Needs Assessment conducted in partnership with UAMS College of Public Health. 

In this assessment, we surveyed over 200 LGBTQ+ Youth as well as conducted over 20 individual stakeholder interviews with both LGBTQ+ youth and adults serving the LGBTQ+ youth community located in Northwest Arkansas. In doing this, we have collected vital information regarding serving LGBTQ+ youth in our area to determine what supports they need, what spaces they feel safe in, and what programming they are interested in seeing. We will be sharing this data along with suggestions for best practices in implementing this information into programming for youth. 

This is great unique opportunity to get a snapshot of LGBTQ+ youth and their current environment in our region and we cannot wait to work with you to explore best ways to serve them!
